What is it?
Player Experience Reviews are a quick, cheap and effective way to gauge UX issues along the core loop of your game. These are aspects of the design that may confuse or frustrate players at points where you didn’t intend and distract them from the game you've designed. UX reviews are conducted by Sami, a UX expert and experienced game developer. Sami plays through your game following an agreed-upon set of heuristics, or criteria, which focus issues found around the specifics of your project. They will then provide a prioritised report of any findings, including potential suggestions to inspire your design.
Why is it useful?
- Have your game playtested by an industry professional who’s an expert in the player experience.
- We can help your team break through indecision with expert assessment based on objective criteria.
- We can turn around a review and report of most games in two weeks to eliminate uncertainty at any point in development.
